The session focuses on the real-world applications of African archaeology, demonstrating how archaeological and palaeoenvironmental data can inform:
• climate and ecosystem modelling
• environmental and land-use policy
• food security and dryland adaptation
• sustainable development strategies
We encourage submissions from archaeologists, environmental scientists, climate modellers, agronomists, and policy researchers.
